Craft Vendor Rules & Guidelines

• Full Payment required to hold the vendor space, refunds will not be issued within 30 days of the reservation date
• Exhibitors must furnish their own table, chairs, canopy enclosures, and any other display equipment. All boxes must be stored out of sight (ex. Under table cloths).
• No spotlights or open flames allowed.
• Exhibits are not to exceed six feet high so they do not obstruct the view of customers and other vendors.
• Set up period is 7:00-9:00 AM, the day of reservation. The farm opens at 9:00 AM and setup must be completed by this time.
• After vehicles are unloaded, cars must be parked in the overflow parking lot (by the entrance to the farm).
• We do not allow Photography in the vendor booths, but Photographers can setup to advertise their products.
• Craft Vendor Booth spaces are 10’x10’ and are $25/day

Food Vendor Rules & Guidelines

• LIMITED FOOD VENDOR SPOTS REMAINING
• Food Vendor Space rates are dependent on size of space needed, type of electricity needed, and subject to management approval
• Vendors are not permitted to sell Hot Chocolate or Christmas Cookies (these are sold in Gift Shop)
