2019 Wonderland Tree Farm Information

• Vendor Spaces will be available Black Friday, Saturdays, & Sundays during our operation calendar​
• Farm Operational Hours will be 9AM - 6PM
• Expected Total Visitors: 9,000+    breakdown by weekend below

Craft Vendor Rules & Guideline

• Full Payment required to hold the vendor space, refunds will not be issued within 30 days of the reservation date
• Exhibitors must furnish their own table, chairs, canopy enclosures, and any other display equipment. All boxes must be stored out of sight (ex. Under table cloths).
• No spotlights or open flames allowed.
• Exhibits are not to exceed six feet high so they do not obstruct the view of customers and other vendors.
• Set up period is 7:00-9:00 AM, the day of reservation. The farm opens at 9:00 AM and setup must be completed by this time.
• After vehicles are unloaded, cars must be parked in the overflow parking lot (by the entrance to the farm).
• Craft Vendor Booth spaces are 10’x10’ and are $25/day
